Elephone C1 Specs Review & Price

Elephone has been able to make quite the name for themselves since the company launched back in 2013. Their enormous success is due in large part to their ability to pull prospective users to themselves with mouth-watering specs and quality design, coupled with a tonne of flashy adverts all over the internet and the most important aspect low prices.

Back when Elephone launched, the Asian phone space wasn’t so occupied by domestic brands looking to make a name for themselves, and also using the very same strategy which made Elephone so famous.

Elephone has continued to lead in some leading countries with little smartphone competitions. Their flagship devices keep getting better, and the mid-range ones are just as good. On that note, I would love to introduce another masterpiece dubbed Elephone C1. The new Elephone C1 packs in a 5.5-inch full HD touchscreen, powered by a 64-bit quad-core SoC, fingerprint sensor and expandable storage at a very affordable price

DESIGN & DISPLAY

Regarding design, the Elephone C1 racks up a lot and would toe to toe with some of the best smartphone manufacturers around. Surprisingly enough the phone looks so similar to the not so recently released InnJoo Max 3.The full metal body design is quite pleasing to the eye and the device, in general, is quite a beauty. The device includes a slick all-metal back.

Display wise, we’ll be having at a fully laminated 5.5 inch 720 *1280 HD screen by Asahi Glass that will improve your visual experience.

OS & HARDWARE

The Elephone C1 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and uses the MT6737 processor which is a Quad core chip @ 1.3 GHz; this is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage which can further be expanded up to 64GB via a micro-SD card slot.

CAMERA & BATTERY

A 13MP camera with dual led flash and fast focus sits at the back of the device. This is be supported by a relatively weak 2.0MP front facing camera without LED flash.

Most prospective buyers would be put off by the small battery capacity. Buy because it is paired with fast charging technology, you should receive sufficient time from its 2850mAh battery found on the Elephone C1.

CONNECTIVITY, FEATURES & PRICE

The Elephone C1 is globally unlocked to support all 2G, 3G, 4G LTE networks and Bluetooth v4.0. The device uses dual SIM, although the SIM 2 is a hybrid SD card slot. This means It can also serve as a slot for SD card.

Other features include a Fingerprint scanner, Accelerometer, L-Sensor, P-Sensor and USB OTG. It is available in blue and gold variants.
