Google One is the new paid cloud service that unifies Big G’s various services. Unveiled few days ago, it will not be active for some months, yet its application has appeared today on the Play Store. Not that it can be downloaded and the page has not even been translated into some foreign languages, a sign that the work is still ongoing.
The description gives us some more information on how the new service will work, in particular, it shows that:
- Manage your storage plan that includes Google Drive, Gmail, and photos and videos in original quality in Google Photos
- Contact an expert team with a single touch if you need support for Google products or services
- Access special benefits such as Google Play credit and hotel special offers
- Share the plan with your family (up to 5 people), giving them access to more storage and extra benefits
The page finally reveals that Google One will be available in limited ways and those who already have a paid account for Drive will be automatically migrated to the new service in the coming months.
