Hard Reset Honor 20 Lite from the settings
- Turn on the device;
- From the Home search and stop on Settings;
- Click on Users and Account> Google first and then on your account;
- Press the trash can icon and choose “Remove”;
- From the Settings shown in the System;
- Go to “Reset” and select “Factory data reset”;
- Press “Restore phone” before and again “Reset phone” then;
- At this point the phone will start to perform the Reset operations;
- Your smartphone will reboot and you can enjoy your new phone again.
Hard Reset Honor 20 Lite from recovery
- Turn off your smartphone;
- Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up + Power button. When you see the Honor logo, release them;
- You will now be in the Recovery. Using the volume keys navigate to the “wipe data/factory reset” item;
- Press the power button to enter the submenu;
- Select and confirm once again “wipe data/factory reset”;
- At this point the phone will start to perform the Reset operations;
- At the end of all, select the “reboot system now” option;
- Enjoy your new smartphone once again.
