Meizu M6s is the upgraded version of the Meizu M6 and was released in January 2018. Due to popular demand, the device sports a bezel-less display and houses Samsung’s Exynos chip.

Design
Looking from the back, it’s obvious there’s no difference here in terms of design. It still sports the same Metallic unibody that’s quite attractive and classy. The rear camera and LED flash is still in its usual position at the top middle.
However, the fingerprint has been moved to the side, in a not so flattering position. While the volume keys and power button are at the other side. Even with the side fingerprint scanner, it measures just 8mm in thickness and weighs 160g. You can get it in Black, Silver, Gold and Blue colors.
Display
The bezel-less display on the Meizu M6s is for those that didn’t like the bezels on its predecessor. The screen dishes out an 18:9 aspect ratio, with super minimal top and bottom bezel as expected. The selfie camera, speaker grille and sensors are at the top bezel.
There’s a bigger 5.7-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen here for a Full View display. The screen boasts of 720 x 1440 pixels in resolution and 282 pixel per inch density, which is slightly better than its predecessor. Impressively, it stretches up to 76.1% screen to body ratio.

Hardware and Software
Running the race here is the Exynos 7872 chip with hexa-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 6-cores of processor here reaches a clock speed of 1.6GHz with 16nm process technology. Handling graphics is the Mali-G71 MP3 graphics processor.
There are two versions in terms of internal storage space. There’s one with a massive 64GB storage and a cheaper variant with 32GB storage for those on a budget. However, both storage variants are expandable up to 256GB storage using a memory card. The Meizu M6 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with Flyme UI 6.2.
Camera
Meizu topped up the pixels on the rear camera to a 16MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture. Features on the camera includes phase detection autofocus, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection and a dual-LED dual-tone flash among others. The same 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture sits at the top bezel.

Battery
Powering the Meizu M6s is a 3000mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take up to 2 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.
