Nokia is going to launch it’s Nokia 7.2 smartphone at IFA, which will be held next month. HMD has also confirmed that they will host an event at IFA on 5th September. The 4GB RAM variant has been spotted on Geekbench and the 6GB RAM variant was spotted before this. Now, the latest Geekbench listings suggest that we are going to see two storage variants of Nokia 7.2 including 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. However, we are still not sure about the internal storage of these two phones. The company can also unveil Nokia 6.2 at the same event.

Nokia 7.2 branded as “Daredevil” has been listed on Geekbech. The Geekbench results show that the phone is powered by an octa-core chipset clocked at 1.84GHz along with 4GB RAM. However, the exact SoC chipset is still a mystery, but it is confirmed that the chipset manufacturer is Qualcomm.

The listing reveals that the phone runs on Android 9 Pie and received a single-score of 1,597 and multi-score of 5,204 in Geekbench testing results. NokiaPowerUser was the first one to spot the Nokia 7.2 4GB RAM variant on the Geekbench listing site

Rumors suggest that there will be either Snapdragon 660 SoC or 710 Soc chipset present in the phone. A recent photo leak indicates that the phone has a waterdrop notch display. The reports also suggest that the phone will feature a 6.3-inch full HD+ display with the support of HDR 10. The phone will be available in three color options – Ice Blue, Forest Green, and Charcoal black.

Moving on to the camera department, the phone will have a triple camera setup in a circular camera module. The fingerprint sensor will be mounted at the rear side. The triple camera setup may include a 48MP sensor and details about the other two sensors are not available at the moment. The phone may come with a 3500mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge tech support.
