They are both powered by Android 8.1 Oreo with a support of 4G LTE network and other regulars.

The Nokia X5 is leading on the hardware. Therefore, the smartphone will perform better than the Meizu V8. The Meizu V8 seems to be cost-effective than the Nokia X5.
