Samsung Galaxy J7 Max – 4GB RAM & Other Specifications, Price

So asides the Galaxy J7 Prime and J7 Pro, Samsung has also announced a follow-up device to the popular Samsung Galaxy J7. This one is called the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max. We would be walking you through the specs of this device. While we leave you to see what Samsung Galaxy decided to do differently from before.

Design

Samsung Galaxy J7 Max with 4GB RAM

First, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max is 8.1 mm thick. Talking about how it would look, I can vouch that we shouldn’t expect anything short of beautiful. Samsung has created a good reputation for the kind of design their devices possess. I believe the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max wouldn’t be an exception.

The device comes in black and gold colour variants. It also holds it’s fingerprint sensor on the front.

Display of Samsung Galaxy J7 Max

With a 5.7 inches screen size, the display resolution of the device is pegged at 1080 x 1920 pixels. Like others, the device has an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen.

Processor, Operating System and Memory

This Galaxy J7 Max device runs on an Octa-core MediaTek MT6757 Helio P20 processor. This is by the Android operating system v7.0 Nougat it boasts of.

For the storage of all your files, music, videos and many other documents, the device has an internal memory up to the size of 32 GB. This same can be expanded to the tune of 256 GB with the use of a micro SD card. This card has a dedicated slot in this case. Galaxy J7 Max possesses a whopping and impressive 4 GB RAM.

Camera

Both the front facing and the rear camera is pegged at a 13 MP quality. This is exactly like the Galaxy J7 Pro. Other features of the camera include Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR.

Don’t you think it’s high time other brands tow this part of the same quality for the front and rear camera?

Samsung Galaxy J7 Max specifications

Battery

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max packs a non-removable Li-Ion 3300 mAh battery. A battery capacity of this magnitude might not be in the best interest of very heavy smartphone users. Instead, light and average users could make do with this one as it will surely serve their battery needs.

Price of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max

In India,  the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max costs Rs 17,900. Converting this to the Nigerian naira, it would be pegged at about N87,000. This is a bit less than the price of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro.

At this quoted price, I might want to opine that it is worth it when specifications are put into consideration. The device would compete favourably with others in its same category.

  1. This is good! My only concern has always been the battery.. Samsung battery don’t last long enough. But their mobile devices are great!
