How to Share Someone Else’ Live Video on Instagram on iPhone

You can also send someone else’ live broadcast on Instagram to a friend through Instagram Direct. To do this, follow the steps below.

1. Open the Instagram app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll through your feed till you reach the live broadcast video.
3. Tap on it.
4. If the account is live, you will see a colourful ring around his/her profile photo at the top of the feed and you will also see the word “Live.”
5. Next, while watching the live video, tao on the Direct icon at the bottom of the screen.
6. Select the people you want to share the live video with.
7. When you are done, tap on the Send button at the bottom of the screen.

The people you selected will receive the live video in their arrival in their Direct inbox.

How to Disable Live Video Sharing Through Messages in Instagram on iPhone

If you do not want anyone to share your live video, you can easily stop it. Instagram lets you stop others from sharing your stories as messages. To do this, follow the steps below.

2. Tap on the profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and then tap on the gear icon near the top of your profile page.
3. Tap on the Story Settings option from the list of options.
