Teclast Master T10 – Another Tablet With Fingerprint Sensor

Teclast Master T10 was announced on the 3rd of last month and was released the 12th day of the month. The tablet PC brings on something special and uncommon to the tablet PC world, and that is the fingerprint sensor. Fingerprint sensor is the norm in the smartphone industry, but in the tablet world, it’s not something you see every day. Well, that’s not all the tablet packs impeccable camera qualities at both front and back. As we’re bracing up for the Teclast Master T10 impact, let’s look into the core specs of the tablet.

Teclast Master T10 Key Features

  • DISPLAY – 10.1 inches
  • SCREEN RESOLUTION – 2560 x 1600 pixels
  • CAMERA (REAR) – 13MP
  • OS – Android 7.0 Nougat
  • STORAGE – 64GB
  • RAM – 4GB
  • PROCESSOR – Hexa core 1.7GHz processor

The tablet’s design is of optimum simplicity. Average bezels, front facing camera at the top bezel and a fingerprint sensor at its rear is what summarizes the tablet’s design. The table is covered in full aluminium alloy body. The tablet comes in Silver colour.

The tablet’s display has a size of 10.1 inches. Its large screen display is coupled with an excellent screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. This handles the clarity of texts and icons on the screen display. The display also comes with a pixel density of 299 ppi (pixel per inch). The screen display type is the IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. Its display area has 72.36% screen-to-body ratio along with the multi-touch input. For the sake of mentioning, I’ll also like to add that the tablet has 16 million display colours.

The camera unit of the tablet is very much on the high side. We’ve seen tablets like Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 8 and Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10.0 have 8MP cameras on both front and back. The Teclast Master T10, however packs something different in its rear category, and that’s a 13MP camera lens. The picture quality and video quality executed from the rear camera is just superb. Other qualities of the camera includes – HDR, Panorama, face detection and touch focus. The front camera utilizes an 8MP camera to produce selfies. There’s no flash of any form on the two cameras.

The tablet’s OS is the Android v7.0 Nougat OS that comes along with the multi-window feature. The CPU of the tablet is a 6-cored processor that clocks at 1.7GHz speed. The processor can turbo up to 2.1GHz speed. The processor uses the 28nm process technology. The chipset on the gadget is the MediaTek MT8176. The graphics processing unit on the tablet is the IMG PowerVR GX6250 that has a speed of 700MHz.

This department of the tablet is fully loaded. Take for example, its internal memory which has 64GB capacity to store up a whole lot of files and documents on the tablet. Amazingly, this internal memory has the capacity to expand up to a limit of 128GB. That’s really juicy, right? Its RAM that takes care of sleek functioning of apps is pegged at an impressive 4GB. So, tell me if this doesn’t make the tablet super dope.

The tablet supports no cellular connectivity, that is, no SIM slot is available on the tablet.

Powering the tablet is a gigantic non-removable 8,100mAh battery. The battery type is the Lithium Ion type and it gives a standby time of 98.5 hours.

Teclast Master T10 sells for the price of US $230. In Nigeria, it sells for NGN 82,800.
