Russian mobile firm Highscreen adds another device to its growing franchise. The company who recently released two devices the Highscreen Boost 3 SE and the Highscreen Thunder, both of which are mid-range devices with excellent specs brings another pocket-friendly device to consumers, The Power Ice Evo.
Analysing the specifications side, the new Power Ice Evo smartphone features 5-inch HD On-Cell display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It offers 294 PPI of pixel density and 16M colours. It is powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
Under the hood, it comes packed with a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor that clocks at 1.25GHz paired with Mali T720 GPU. It supports dual SIM dual standby.
The device measures 144.5 x 71.4 x 8.7 mm and weighs around 158 grammes. Users get 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via microSD card slot, the device is compatible with SDHC memory cards and has the 2GB of RAM.
The Highscreen Power Ice Evo packs an 8MP rear camera with autofocus with LED flash. The camera is capable of recording videos at 1080p@30 frames per second. Upfront is a 5MP secondary camera which should immensely satisfy selfie lovers and Snapchat freaks.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth, IEE 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, GPS navigation support, Micro USB port, OTG, FM Radio and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device is juiced up by a large 5000 mAh battery, which should offer users more than a days use. The smartphone comes in three colour variants, Gold, Grey, and Silver colour. It is priced at 9990 rubies and is now available to pre-order only in Russian markets.
