How to make hard reset on Huawei Mate 20

WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Facebook, and various downloads clog the memory of our smartphones day after day. All mobile devices are affected, even Huawei Mate 20. They do not care if you have spent 100 or 100 thousand euros, if you tire too much they decide to slow down dramatically making your life hell.

So here at TechVaz we suggest the appropriate solution make your life partner understand who of the two commands. In fact, we are going to explain how to make a hard reset Mate 20. In this way, you will return your jewel to factory conditions as if you had just removed it from the box when you bought it.

To format Huawei Mate 20 you will simply have to follow, in an absolutely scrupulous way, the steps that we will show below. Be careful though, because if you perform this procedure you will lose all your data, including applications, photographs, and text messages. So, before proceeding, we strongly recommend that you make a backup of Huawei Mate 20.

Well, did you do it? No? And if you regret it? Well, we warned you. We proceed! There are two ways to reset Huawei Mate 20. The first directly from the settings menu and the second through the use of recovery and physical buttons.

  6. Press “Factory reset” and then “Reset phone”;
  7. At this point the phone will start to perform Reset operations;
  8. Your smartphone will reboot and you can enjoy your new phone once again.

Hard Reset Huawei Mate 20 from recovery

  1. Turn off your smartphone;
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up + power button at the same time. When you see the Huawei logo release them;
  3. You will now find yourself in the Recovery. Using the volume keys navigate to “wipe data/factory reset”;
  4. Press the power button to enter the submenu;
  5. Select and confirm again “wipe data/factory reset”;
